Good Thing It Grows Back

Scotty has needed a haircut for a while now, probably weeks. Every morning for the last week or so, I have been telling Scotty we would go get him a haircut today - like he cares:). Anyway, after he and Jane had a bath tonight, I decided to give my own hair cutting skills a try.

So, it only took me about 1 hour, 2 packages of fruit snack (try not to get hair them though - kids hate that!), a couple books and 1 very entertaining Dad.

It turned out better than I expected, maybe a little shorter than desired (it's a good thing his hair grows so fast), but definitely better.
After we were all done Scott reminded me of when I first cut his hair - I butchered his hair! and then I cried. We had only been married for a couple months and I was so worried that I would make him look stupid. My sweet husband, not wanting me to feel bad, told me it was great and not to worry. I made him go to the barber the next day.
