Temple Going

We went to the Brigham city temple open house on Saturday. It was pretty amazing to be in the temple with my little angels. Scotty and Jane were so reverent. They folded their arms the whole time walking threw - about a half hour! I was so proud of my sweet babies. They were pretty excited to be able to go in the temple with Mom and Dad. So often we go without them, it was great to have them there with us. I can't even imagine what it will be like when they are grown and we take them through for real. They make me so proud.

Jane has been quite feisty lately stomping her feet, screaming as the throws herself on the sofa or floor. I am thinking she is having a hard time with her middle child role. I want to give her more attention. I am thinking I will have Scott start taking her on Daddy Daughter dates too. I never want her to forget how special she is.  She is my first little girl. My little Jane May. As she sits in my arms right now while I write because Parley just scratched her face, I can't help but be overcome with love for this little princess who is growing up so fast. My sweet little 3 year old adult. I love that she looks like I did when I was her age, except she is so much prettier than I ever was. Such a little teaser too! She actually tells me, with the biggest smile on her face, "me tease you mom!" or "me tease Scotty!!". This girl is hilarious!
